CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: September 7, 2026

Forged by Faith, LLC (“Forged by Faith”) understands that circumstances may arise that require a participant to cancel or reschedule a training course. Because we prepare for each participant in advance and may purchase course materials, training supplies, certification materials, and other items based upon enrollment, the following cancellation and refund policy applies to all course registrations unless different terms are expressly stated for a particular course or event.

Deposits.

All deposits are non-refundable, except when Forged by Faith cancels a class and is unable to offer the participant a reasonable rescheduling option, or when a refund is otherwise required by applicable law. Deposits are used to reserve the participant's place in the class and to offset costs incurred by Forged by Faith in preparing for the participant's attendance, including course materials, supplies, administrative preparation, and other class-related expenses.

Participant Cancellation or Rescheduling.

If a participant is unable to attend the scheduled class, the participant may request to reschedule. The deposit paid will be applied as a credit toward another eligible Forged by Faith class scheduled within six (6) months of the participant's originally scheduled class date.

If the participant requests a cancellation and refund for reasons unrelated to Forged by Faith's cancellation or inability to provide the scheduled training, the participant's deposit will be forfeited and will not be refunded. However, the participant may elect instead to apply the deposit toward an eligible class occurring within the six-month rescheduling period.

Any amounts paid in excess of the required deposit will be refunded following an approved participant cancellation, less any amounts that are otherwise non-refundable under a clearly disclosed course-specific policy.

Forged by Faith Cancellation or Rescheduling.

If Forged by Faith cancels or changes the date of a class, the participant's deposit and other amounts paid will automatically remain as a 100% credit toward the rescheduled class or another eligible class the participant is able to attend.

The participant will not lose the deposit because Forged by Faith changed or cancelled the original class date.

If Forged by Faith cancels a class, and the participant cannot reasonably attend an alternative or rescheduled class, the participant may request a refund of amounts paid for that class.

Six-Month Rescheduling Period.

A participant receiving a rescheduling credit must use the credit for an eligible class occurring within six (6) months of the original scheduled class date. Credits not used within that period will expire and are non-refundable, unless Forged by Faith agrees otherwise in writing.

Rescheduled classes are subject to availability, eligibility requirements, and any difference in course price. If the new course costs more than the original course, the participant is responsible for the difference.

No-Shows.

Participants who fail to attend a scheduled class without providing prior notice will forfeit their deposit. Any opportunity to transfer remaining amounts paid or reschedule following a no-show will be at the discretion of Forged by Faith.

Course Removal or Safety Violations.

A participant who is removed from a class for failure to follow instructor directions, firearm or range safety rules, facility requirements, or other conduct that creates an unsafe or materially disruptive environment is not entitled to a refund or rescheduling credit, except to the extent otherwise required by law.

How to Request a Cancellation or Reschedule.

Requests should be submitted as soon as reasonably possible by email to info@forgedbyfaithtraining.com and should include the participant's name, scheduled course, class date, and whether the participant is requesting cancellation or rescheduling.

Course-Specific Terms.

Certain courses, private training sessions, group events, speaking engagements, or certification programs may have different cancellation requirements due to facility reservations, instructor commitments, travel, materials, or third-party certification costs. Any different cancellation terms will be disclosed before registration or included in the applicable agreement.

Applicable Law.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any cancellation or refund right that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.
